Terms and Conditions of Body Beautyline

The following Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Body Beautyline and its customers. By booking a treatment, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments and services booked at Body Beautyline in Basel. Deviating customer conditions are not recognized unless Body Beautyline expressly agrees to them in writing.

Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked online via our website, by phone or via WhatsApp. The booking constitutes a binding contract. Please arrive on time for your appointment. In case of delays, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. After that: 50% of the treatment price.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after the treatment. We accept the following payment methods:

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are individually created and valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Cash payment is not possible. The voucher is transferable and can be redeemed for all treatments.

Liability

Body Beautyline is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. A consultation takes place before each treatment to discuss possible risks and contraindications.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.

Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Body Beautyline reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
